I asked the following questions to my interviewees:

- Is your current job your primary source of fulfillment?
- Was there ever a point in your life where your job was your #1 fulfillment?
- If yes, then what changed or what event changed your view on fulfillment?
- What do you think the keys for true fulfillment are?
- Is a balanced life important? If yes, then why?
- Would you consider your life balanced?
- What are some situations you have struggled with in balancing your life?
Bethany Anderson
Bethany Anderson is nutritional coach, office manager, and my mom. My mom is one of most joyous and driven people I know. When asked these questions my my mom said her job was not her primary source of fulfillment. She she said, "her family and God are what she is fulfilled by. When she was younger she tried to find fulfillment in her job by always trying to move up to the next position, and make the most money. My moms view of fulfillment changed when she had her kids and as her faith grew stronger. Her perspective completely changed. The keys to true fulfillment according to my mom are being centered in truth, listening to promptings or your heart, honor how you are wired which means you are going to be fulfilled when you live the way god wants you because he made us in a certain way. My mom thinks living a balanced life is important. It allows us to serve best and keeps us mentally healthy. "If we don't have that balance our purpose can easily get distorted." My mom says her life is not balanced the way she would like right now because of Covid-19 which makes my dads business very stressful and she burdens a lot of the stress in his business.

Josh Kaigon
Josh is a home church planter, general contractor, handyman, and is in the progress of writing a book. I also chose Josh to be my outside advisor which is an advisor outside of my local sphere. I met Josh when I attended my old church, Harvest Bible Chapel. He was the middle school youth group pastor. Josh was always a favorite around the church with different families, but especially the kids. I have always admired Josh and his drive as well as his love for the Lord. He is clearly blessed with wisdom and the gift of knowing what to say. I admire Josh greatly and was blessed to have him be apart of this project.
Josh's insight to the questions I asked him were more than I expected. Josh's values are from the Christian view with out a doubt. When asked if Josh's job was his primary source of fulfillment was his job, he responded by saying, "No". 'None of my jobs are full fulfilling my life. They have there fulfillments in them but they do not make me totally fulfilled. He is satisfied by his work, he loves what he does but that doesn't mean it is his only fulfillment. Here are Josh's thought about the remaining questions:

Here are Josh's thought about the remaining questions:
- Strong perspective of everything in the world can crash and burn in a sec except for Jesus. This perspective hit him in mission trips, impoverished countries, seeing how quickly things can be taken away in war etc.
- A balanced life is absolutely important. People have different responsibilities in life. An example of this is a farmer trying to grow his crop in the summer. Those months of planting an getting the fields are time consuming and the working hours are crazy. After you reap that crop the farmer may rest for 5 months. We need to be intentional in balancing our lives. If there is a season where a balanced life goes out the window then make It up later.
- Nothing fully satisfies people but Jesus. Small things can have small fulfillment, pleasure, success, but ultimate fulfillment can only be thru Jesus. Faith hope and love are the only thing that is constant. 1 Corinthians 13
- Currently I am living a balanced life, but 3 weeks ago no. Learning balance is something you have to learn with every new season; we need to be teachable.
- Different seasons bring new challenges, we need to have good outlook on what our your priorities are. Communication is so vital, even when life is unbalanced if you communicate your struggles or how want to fix it, it will make it 10x better.
